It’s slower-paced, detail-oriented, and teaches you patience, precision, and leverage. The Gi gives you more tools… and more ways to get caught. Think of it as chess with sleeves.
Perfect if you want to build strong fundamentals, learn traditional techniques, and develop sharp grip control.
Recommended attire:
Rashguards or fitted shirt and tight athletic shorts or leggings.

Move freely and connect with your body through breath and flow. In this Contemporary Dance Class, we focus on organic movement, fluid transitions, and expressive choreography guided by the rhythm of the breath.
