Our Junior Warrior Jiu-Jitsu program is designed to help young athletes build confidence, develop discipline, and gain practical self-defense skills. For teens navigating school life, peer pressure, and the challenges of growing up, Jiu-Jitsu provides a healthy outlet to feel strong, capable, and focused.

This program is perfect for:

  • Teens looking to boost their self-confidence

  • Teens who need to improve focus and discipline

  • Teens dealing with bullying — or learning to manage their own behavior better

  • Active teens with high energy levels

  • Teens who surf, skate, or play other sports (BJJ is an excellent cross-training discipline)

If your teen fits any of these descriptions, Jiu-Jitsu could be a game-changer. Sign them up for our Teens Program and see how Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can transform their mindset, body, and confidence.

Reminders:

  • Open to Ages 10+.

  • We recommend pre-booking online to guarantee a spot.

  • No pre-payment required — you can pay on-site via cash, GCash, or card (3% fee).

  • Recommended attire: Rashguard / sando / shirt with shorts or leggings for No-Gi days. For Gi days, bring your own Gi or borrow one of ours at the dojo.

  • Parental support: Your encouragement plays a huge role in their progress. Help them stay consistent, celebrate their wins, and talk about what they’re learning.

Technical. Tactical. Timeless.
In our Gi class, we train with the full kimono — using grips on the jacket and pants to control, submit, and strategize. It’s slower-paced, detail-oriented, and teaches you patience, precision, and leverage. The Gi gives you more tools… and more ways to get caught. Think of it as chess with sleeves.

Perfect if you want to build strong fundamentals, learn traditional techniques, and develop sharp grip control.

Recommended attire:
Rashguards or fitted shirt and tight athletic shorts or leggings.

Other tips:
You will want to ensure that you are freshly showered, long hair is pulled back, and your fingernails are clean and neatly trimmed. If you have any body piercings, you will want to remove them, and any open wounds should be covered. Remove all jewellery, including rings before your class.

Reminders:

  • This adult class is OPEN TO ALL LEVELS.
  • We recommend to pre-book online to guarantee your spot.
  • No pre-payment required. You can pay on-site via cash, gcash, or card (with 5% fee).
  • Gi Rental: We have gis available to rent for ₱300 per session.

Our Kids Aerial class introduces young movers to the world of aerial arts through play, creativity, and confidence-building skills. Using soft aerial hammocks, kids will swing, hang, flip, and fly — all while developing strength, coordination, and body awareness.

Led by Teacher Joyce, an XPERT-Certified Aerial Instructor, the class is held in a safe and supportive environment that encourages self-expression, courage, and focus — one hang at a time. Perfect for kids who love to move, climb, or try something new.

Reminders:

  1. Online booking is required for this class. This would allow us to prepare the hammocks according to the number and level of students. Strictly no walk-ins.
  2. No pre-payment needed. You may book this class up to 2 hours before the class begins and pay on-site before the class starts. We accept cash, gcash or card via xendit (with 3% fee)
  3. Recommended attire: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable class experience, we recommend wearing activewear, including a shirt or tank top and leggings. Leggings are especially important as they provide the flexibility and coverage needed for safe and effective movement in the hammock.

Fast. Fluid. Real-time reactions.

In No-Gi, there’s nothing to hold onto — just your timing, movement, and body awareness. We train in rashguards and shorts, focusing on transitions, clinch work, and tighter control. It’s faster, slipperier, and more dynamic. Great for building athleticism, adapting to real-life scrambles, or prepping for MMA and wrestling-style rolls.

Recommended attire:
Rashguards or fitted shirt and tight athletic shorts or leggings.
