In our Gi class, we train with the full kimono — using grips on the jacket and pants to control, submit, and strategize. It’s slower-paced, detail-oriented, and teaches you patience, precision, and leverage. The Gi gives you more tools… and more ways to get caught. Think of it as chess with sleeves.

Perfect if you want to build strong fundamentals, learn traditional techniques, and develop sharp grip control.

Recommended attire:
Rashguards or fitted shirt and tight athletic shorts or leggings. 

Other tips:
You will want to ensure that you are freshly showered, long hair is pulled back, and your fingernails are clean and neatly trimmed. If you have any body piercings, you will want to remove them, and any open wounds should be covered. Remove all jewellery, including rings before your class.

  2. No pre-payment needed. You may book this class up to 2 hours before the class begins and pay on-site before the class starts. We accept cash, GCash, or cards with 3.5% fee.
  3. Recommended attire: Comfortable activewear such as a shirt or tank top and leggings. Ballet shoes are optional. Clothes should allow easy movement so children can participate comfortably.

  • Non-members: ₱800 for 1 session / ₱2800 for 4 sessions

In No-Gi, there’s nothing to hold onto — just your timing, movement, and body awareness. We train in rashguards and shorts, focusing on transitions, clinch work, and tighter control. It’s faster, slipperier, and more dynamic. Great for building athleticism, adapting to real-life scrambles, or prepping for MMA and wrestling-style rolls.

Recommended attire:
Rashguards or fitted shirt and tight athletic shorts or leggings.
 
Other tips:
You will want to ensure that you are freshly showered, long hair is pulled back, and your fingernails are clean and neatly trimmed. If you have any body piercings, you will want to remove them, and any open wounds should be covered. Remove all jewelry, including rings before your class.
