This session is a part of our 7-Day BJJ Island Retreat program led by Prof. Chris Sales and Coach Fidel.

This session is open to everyone who wants to join. Drop-in fee and class passes apply.

This is a coach free session. Bring your buddy to roll with and improve your techniques and executions OR spend some quiet morning on the mat, move with your breath, meditate, you have all the mat to yourself!

Mat use for members: FREE

Non-members: 250.00

If no one is at the desk, please come in. Just close the gate as you enter and leave the dojo. Clean as you go.
