Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program is designed to help kids build confidence, develop discipline, and learn essential self-defense skills. In today’s world, where bullying and peer pressure can be challenging, Jiu-Jitsu helps your child feel strong and capable.

This program is for:

  • Kids who struggle with confidence
  • Kids who are getting bullied
  • Kids who are bullies
  • Kids who need to improve focus and discipline
  • Kids with lots of energy
  • Kids into surfing, skating, or other sports (BJJ is great cross-training discipline)

Our BJJ Gi class promotes a safe and technical approach to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Each session includes a warm-up, skill drills, a focused technique or lesson, and concludes with sparring. This class is open to everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, ensuring a supportive environment for everyone to progress and refine their skills.

Recommended attire:
Rashguards or fitted shirt and tight athletic shorts or leggings.
 
Other tips:
You will want to ensure that you are freshly showered, long hair is pulled back, and your fingernails are clean and neatly trimmed. If you have any body piercings, you will want to remove them, and any open wounds should be covered. Remove all jewelry, including rings before your class.

This class is perfect for children 5 to 12 y.o., who wants to stay active and engaged. Each session is a fun opportunity for them to explore movement with hammocks, where they can swing, spin, and discover exciting new techniques. Your child will have a blast while boosting their creativity by learning the art of Aerial Hammock and developing their own aerial tricks  —all while building confidence, strength, and coordination.

Although the class is designed for children aged 5 to 12, we’re open to considering younger kids who can comfortably participate and get along with the group. If you believe your child would thrive in this environment, please reach out to discuss their participation.

Our Hammock Flow Class is a fun and accessible way to practice aerial yoga. In this class, you’ll have the hammock as a supportive tool to deepen your stretches, enhance your balance, and explore graceful movements. Each session guides you through a series of flowing sequences that blend traditional yoga with the unique benefits of aerial practice. 


This class is open to adults of ALL LEVELS. You don't need to be fit to start  the hammock provides support, allowing you to explore aerial yoga movements comfortably and at your own pace. Join us and discover the fun and benefits of aerial yoga!
