Kids Jiu-jitsu

Coach Fidel

Kids Jiu-jitsu

Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program is designed to help kids build confidence, develop discipline, and learn essential self-defense skills. In today’s world, where bullying and peer pressure can be challenging, Jiu-Jitsu helps your child feel strong and capable.

This program is for:

  • Kids who struggle with confidence
  • Kids who are getting bullied
  • Kids who are bullies
  • Kids who need to improve focus and discipline
  • Kids with lots of energy
  • Kids into surfing, skating, or other sports (BJJ is great cross-training discipline)

If your child fits any of these descriptions, Jiu-Jitsu could be a great fit for them. Enroll your child in our Kids Program now and discover the transformative sport of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.

Reminders:

  • This class is OPEN TO AGES 4 TO 10. We are happy to accommodate younger kids for as long as they can participate well with the class.
  • We recommend to pre-book online to guarantee your child's spot.
  • No pre-payment required. You can pay on-site via cash, gcash, or card (with 5% fee).
  • Recommended attire: Rashguard / sando / shirt with shorts or leggings is ideal for No-Gi days. For Gi days, bring your own Gi or free to use any of our kids Gi at the dojo.
  • Parent involvement: Your involvement in your child's Jiu-Jitsu journey is crucial. By creating a routine for them, cheering them on, and talking about their progress, you help boost their motivation and growth.
5:30pm - 7:00pm

Jiu-jitsu (Gi)

Coach Enzo

Jiu-jitsu (Gi)

Technical. Tactical. Timeless.
In our Gi class, we train with the full kimono — using grips on the jacket and pants to control, submit, and strategize. It’s slower-paced, detail-oriented, and teaches you patience, precision, and leverage. The Gi gives you more tools… and more ways to get caught. Think of it as chess with sleeves.

Perfect if you want to build strong fundamentals, learn traditional techniques, and develop sharp grip control.

Recommended attire:
Rashguards or fitted shirt and tight athletic shorts or leggings.

Other tips:
You will want to ensure that you are freshly showered, long hair is pulled back, and your fingernails are clean and neatly trimmed. If you have any body piercings, you will want to remove them, and any open wounds should be covered. Remove all jewellery, including rings before your class.

Reminders:

  • This adult class is OPEN TO ALL LEVELS.
  • We recommend to pre-book online to guarantee your spot.
  • No pre-payment required. You can pay on-site via cash, gcash, or card (with 5% fee).
  • Gi Rental: We have gis available to rent for ₱200 per session.

Jiu-jitsu (No-Gi)

Ben Markess

Jiu-jitsu (No-Gi)

Fast. Fluid. Real-time reactions.

In No-Gi, there’s nothing to hold onto — just your timing, movement, and body awareness. We train in rashguards and shorts, focusing on transitions, clinch work, and tighter control. It’s faster, slipperier, and more dynamic. Great for building athleticism, adapting to real-life scrambles, or prepping for MMA and wrestling-style rolls.

Recommended attire:
Rashguards or fitted shirt and tight athletic shorts or leggings.

Other tips:
